Overall it was a fantastic stay for a free night. The staff were very courteous and amazingly nice and the facilities provided were wonderful. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from South Congress Avenue. You could walk to a market and shops. Ate at the casual restaurant for breakfast.

Attention of the staff, friendliness, warm ambience. They had left games and a personal handwritten note for my daughter to wish her a lot of fun with the toys. The door people are very friendly and arranged the car / taxi immediately. Really top!
Nothing actually

Every staff person I ran into was extremely pleasant and helpful. They have bikes to borrow (first come first serve) and ride along the well maintained trails by the water. It is located around numerous restaurants and bars.
Clean, beautiful rooms. Free bikes to use while there. Very friendly staff. Nice amenities, particularly pool and fitness room. Free live music in the evenings.
I couldn't find the hotel information book in my room but the front desk was happy to answer my questions.

Clean, spacious rooms with a nice design. Staff showed really good service, particularly during our special occasion, with champagne in the room. Charges for basic amenities and Wi-Fi seem excessive for the price point.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The noise from the street was quite loud, especially late at night, difficult to relax. The decor was stylish but could benefit from some maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

The vibrant decor and friendly staff created a cute atmosphere. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. A bit disappointed with the late-night room service ending early. A fantastic experience reflecting Texas hospitality.

The stay was enjoyable overall, especially with the vibrant atmosphere and fantastic dining options nearby. I loved the happy hour after exploring the area, which was a great way to unwind. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were attentive. The nightly noise from nearby bars and the surprise parking fee were a bit disappointing.

The dining scene nearby is a foodie's dream-Banger's and El Naranjo serve up sizzling plates, made my taste buds dance! The poolside scene? Chill vibes all around with tasty snacks and refreshing drinks. Plus, the staff was super friendly!
That surprise $100/day refundable charge for incidentals felt a bit shady. Sure, I got it back, but the whole process was confusing.

great location but some minor issues
The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to nearby attractions like Rainey Street and downtown. The valet service was prompt, consistently delivering our car in less than five minutes.
The room could use some attention to detail.
